ORDER
Before the Court is Defendants’ motion to seal trial exhibits and to close portions of the
trial. (ECF No. 346.) Upon consideration of the motion, the oppositions filed by Plaintiff (ECF
No. 516) and Suffolk Technologies, LLC (“Suffolk”), an interested party, and the argument of
counsel, it is hereby
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Defendants’ motion to seal and for closure is
DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to reassertion upon a proper showing; and
It is further ORDERED that the Defendants SHOW CAUSE for the continued sealing
of summary judgment exhibits sealed pursuant to the parties’ agreed order (Doc. 469).
IT IS SO ORDERED.
