The motion is submitted pursuant to the order of the Honorable Judge Henry E. Hudson on June 3, 2010 regarding hearing dates for oral arguments, which specified that all amicus filings are due fourteen days before the hearing date which the specific brief addresses, and which scheduled the hearing for Motions for Summary Judgment for October 18, 2010, at 9:00 AM. Having considered the motion, IT IS ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a brief as amicus curiae is granted; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall cause the Proposed Brief to be filed and entered on the docket of the above-captioned matter.
