("SBMF") is a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation that has applied for exemption from federal tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. SBMF has not issued stock or debt securities to the public and has no parent, subsidiary or affiliate entity that has done so; and has no partners or owners. (2) The Main Street Alliance ("MSA") is a program of Northwest Federation of Community Organizations ("NWFCO"), a Washington State nonprofit charitable and educational organization exempt from federal tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Neither MSA nor NWFCO has issued stock or debt securities to the public and

neither organization has any parent, subsidiary or affiliate entity that has done so. Neither entity has any partners or owners.
