THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Plaintiff Via Vadis, LLC (“Via Vadis”) and
Defendant Skype, Inc.’s (“Skype”) Stipulation Regarding Response Time For Defendant Skype,
Inc.
The Court has reviewed the Stipulation and the record herein, and it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Stipulation is ENTERED. Defendant Skype shall
respond to the Complaint no later than July 7, 2011.
