ORDER GRANTING NEWT GINGRICH, JON HUNTSMAN, JR., AND RICK
SANTORUM’S MOTION TO INTERVENE
On January 4, 2012, Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman, Jr., and Rick Santorum collectively
filed a Motion to Intervene, seeking to intervene as Plaintiffs in an action brought by Rick Perry,
Governor of Texas, against Charles Judd, Kimberly Bowers, and Don Palmer, members of the
Virginia State Board of Elections, in their official capacities, and Pat Mullins, Chairman of the
Republican Party of Virginia, in his official capacity. Upon consideration of the foregoing
Motion and Memorandum, and for good cause shown, it is hereby:
ORDERED that the Motion to Intervene is GRANTED, and that Newt Gingrich, Jon
Huntsman, Jr., and Rick Santorum shall be permitted to intervene as Plaintiffs in this matter.
