Upon consideration of the foregoing Motion and Memorandum, and for good cause shown, it is hereby: ORDERED that the Motion to Intervene is GRANTED, and that Newt Gingrich, Jon Huntsman, Jr., and Rick Santorum shall be permitted to intervene as Plaintiffs in this matter.
