EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSIVE PLEADING
Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b), it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant Patrick
Mullins’, in his capacity as Chairman of the Republican Party of Virginia (“Chairman” or
“Chairman Mullins”) Motion for Extension of Time to File Responsive Pleadings is
GRANTED. The Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for an extension.
Having considered Chairman Mullins’ Motion for Extension of Time to File
Responsive Pleadings, it is hereby ORDERED that Chairman Mullins’ Responsive
Pleadings are due on February 9, 2012.
