This matter is before the Court on the motion to dismiss filed by Plaintiff, The Honorable
Rick Perry, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2).
Upon due consideration, the motion is granted and Plaintiff, The Honorable Rick Perry, is
hereby dismissed from this case. This matter shall remain pending for resolution of the claims of
the Intervenor Plaintiffs.
