ORDER
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the 27th day of December, 2011 on the Consent
Motion to extend the time for Plaintiff to respond to and oppose Defendants’ Motions to
Dismiss. It appearing that the Motion is for good cause, is consented to by the parties, and
should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that the Plaintiff shall have through and including
January 17, 2012 within which to file his response and opposition to the Defendants’ Motions to
Dismiss.
