Plaintiff Square Enix, Inc. ("Plaintiff"), by and through its attorneys of record,

17 respectfully request a stay of all proceedings for the above referenced case. Plaintiffs have 18 identified the primary "John Doe" defendant responsible for the acts alleged in this action, and 19 have reached a settlement agreement with that Defendant. Under the terms of that settlement 20 agreement, Defendant has until September 1, 2006 to comply with certain conditions. 21 Plaintiff requests that a stay be placed on all pending action until the agreed-upon

22 conditions are satisfied.
