THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Motion for a Change of Venue and Modification of Order to Stay (the "Motion") filed by Plaintiff Omni Innovations, LLC ("Omni") ("Plaintiff") on October 17, 2007 (not docketed). Having reviewed that Motion, Defendants Ascentive, LLC and Adam Schran (together, "Defendants") response to the motion, and Plaintiff's reply, and finding good cause for issuing this order, the Court ORDERS as follows: Plaintiffs' Motion is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is liable for payment of Defendants' reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in opposing the Motion. Defendants will have two (2) weeks from the effective date of this order to present a cost bill.
