ASCENTIVE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; ADAM SCHRAN, individually and as part of his marital community; JOHN DOES, I-X, Defendants, Pursuant to GR 2, and in accordance with CR7(d), the undersigned attorneys, for good cause, move the Court for an order permitting their withdrawal as counsel of record for Plaintiff Emily Abbey. The facts supporting the good cause are as follows: Emily Abbey has terminated counsel's services, and requested that Robert J. Siegel withdraw. (Douglas E. McKinley, Jr. has not represented Ms. Abbey, notwithstanding the erroneous reference indicating that he does on the CM-ECF docket. Mr. McKinley therefore requests that the court records be updated to reflect the same.) -1
