I submit this declaration in support of Interval Licensing's Opposition to Renewed Motion to Dismiss or Sever for Misjoinder Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 20 and 21 of Defendants eBay Inc., Netflix, Inc., Office Depot, Inc., Staples, Inc., and Yahoo! Inc. 2. The Exhibits to this declaration are all excerpts from Interval's claim charts.
