After reviewing Defendants Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC's Motion, Plaintiff's Response and the pleadings and files of record, and after being fully advised, NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Movants' Motion to Dismiss or Sever is GRANTED, that joinder of the Defendants Google Inc. and YouTube, LLC (together, "the Google Defendants") in this case is improper, and that the claims against the Google Defendants are severed. This action shall be severed into an action against the Google Defendants and a separate action against any remaining defendants. Each matter shall proceed under the First Amended Complaint (Dkt. 153) as of its filing date, disregarding those pleadings and orders and portions thereof that are applicable only to the other defendant(s).
