I write to provide updated infonnation regarding Nokia's motion seeking a stay of Apple's patent claims pending ongoing re-examination proceedings (D.l. 80), so that the motion can be decided on a complete record. Since August 30, 2010, when briefing of Nokia's motion was completed, the Patent Office has issued four office actions in the pending re-examinations. The Patent Office issued a notice of allowance of one patent on October 28, 2010, and issued three rejections of other patents on October 28,2010, November 19, 2010, and December 23,2010.
