(the “Foxconn Defendants”) (Dkt. No. 34) to Stay 5 Plaintiff’s claims against the Foxconn Defendants pending final resolution of United States 6 International Trade Commission Investigation No. 337-TA-769. Plaintiff Microsoft Corporation 7 (“Microsoft”) does not oppose the granting of a stay, but has requested that Microsoft’s obligation 8 to serve process be tolled for the duration of the stay, and that Microsoft be granted a reasonable 9 amount of time after the lifting of the stay to effect such service. Upon consideration of the 10 Motion and for good cause shown, it is hereby: 11 ORDERED that the Motion to Stay (Dkt. No. 34) is GRANTED. Accordingly, the claims 12 against the Foxconn Defendants, and any obligation to serve process on the Foxconn Defendants, 13 are stayed in their entirety until the International Trade Commission’s determination in ITC 14 Investigation No. 337-TA-769 becomes final.
