The Court shall enter the Protective Order attached as Exhibit “D” to the

Declaration of Jeffrey S. Pollack Pursuant to CR 37(a)(1)(A) in Support of Princeton Digital

Image Corporation’s Motion to Compel Microsoft Corporation to Respond to Subpoena.

Within 14 calendar days of the date of entry of this Order, Microsoft shall

produce documents and source code responsive to Document Requests 1, 3-4, 6-7, and 9 set

forth in PDIC’s subpoena.

Within 30 calendar days of Microsoft’s production of the documents and source
8
code referenced in paragraph 2 above, on a date to be agreed upon by the parties, Microsoft
9
shall testify at deposition regarding Deposition Topics 1-3 and 6-7 set forth in PDIC’s

subpoena.
