IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: (1) That Defendant s Motion to Strike Plaintiff s Claims of Misappropriation of Likeness and Invasion of Privacy is GRANTED, and furthermore, that Defendant s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED; (2) That Defendant is awarded under the Washington Anti-SLAPP Act § 2(6)a)(i) its reasonable attorneys fees and costs that it has incurred in defending against these meritless claims; and (3) That Defendant is awarded under the Washington Anti-SLAPP Act § 2(6)(a)(ii) the statutorily prescribed amount of ten thousand dollars (US $10,000).
