Accordingly, the petitioners 1 , 11 petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U .S.C. § 2241 is DENIED and DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. It is ORDERED that this civil action be DISMISSED and STRICKEN from the active docket of this Court.
