UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF WISCONSIN _____________________________________________________________________________ S.V. Plaintiff, -vs- Case No: 10-919 KENNETH KRATZ Defendant. _____________________________________________________________________________ PLAINTIFF’S AND DEFENDANT’S STIPULATION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE MOTION BRIEFS ____________________________________________________________________________ On April 7, 2011, defendant Kenneth Kratz filed his Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Summary Judgment seeking dismissal of plaintiff S.V.’s Complaint in this matter. Due to other briefing commitments during the normal period for response, counsel for the parties met and conferred via email to discuss a reasonable extension of that period, and counsel have agreed to a schedule under which plaintiff’s response brief is due on June 1, 2011, and defendant’s reply is due on June 17, 2011. Counsel for intervenor State of Wisconsin has been kept informed of this extension request but indicated the requested extension was up to the parties since the state would not be briefing the issues raised. Plaintiff and defendant therefore respectfully request the Court to grant the extensions to which they have agreed, as set forth above. 1 Dated this 12th day of April, 2011.
