PLAINTIFF’S AND DEFENDANT’S STIPULATION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLY BRIEF On June 1, 2011, the Plaintiff filed her Brief in Opposition to the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Summary Judgment. Due to other briefing commitments during the period for preparing and filing a Reply Brief, the parties met and conferred via email to discuss an extension for the period within which to file such Reply Brief. Counsel has agreed that the Reply Brief deadline may be extended from June 17, 2011 to June 30, 2011. Counsel for Intervenor State of Wisconsin has previously notified the parties that any such extension would not require Intervenor’s consent because the State would not be briefing issues raised. Defendant and Plaintiff therefore respectfully request the Court to grant the extension to which they have agreed as set forth above. Dated this 2nd day of June, 2011.
