Filing

STIPULATION of Defendant and Plaintiff to extend time to file Reply Brief by Kenneth R Kratz. (Attachments: # 1 Letter)
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
EASTERN DISTRICT OF WISCONSIN
S.V.
Plaintiff,
vs.
Case No.: 10-919
KENNETH KRATZ
Defendant.
PLAINTIFF’S AND DEFENDANT’S STIPULATION
FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLY BRIEF
On June 1, 2011, the Plaintiff filed her Brief in Opposition to the Defendant’s Motion to
Dismiss and Motion for Summary Judgment. Due to other briefing commitments during the period
for preparing and filing a Reply Brief, the parties met and conferred via email to discuss an extension
for the period within which to file such Reply Brief. Counsel has agreed that the Reply Brief deadline
may be extended from June 17, 2011 to June 30, 2011. Counsel for Intervenor State of Wisconsin has
previously notified the parties that any such extension would not require Intervenor’s consent because
the State would not be briefing issues raised.
Defendant and Plaintiff therefore respectfully request the Court to grant the extension to
which they have agreed as set forth above.
Dated this 2nd day of June, 2011.
Respectfully submitted:
