Apple Inc.’s Motion to Stay the present litigation as a result of the pending acquisition of
Plaintiff and Counterclaim Defendant Motorola Mobility, Inc. (D.E. 114).
THE COURT has considered the Motions and the pertinent portions of the record and is
otherwise fully advised in the premises. It is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion (D.E. 114) is DENIED.
