Dear Judge Crabb: We represent the Plaintiffs in the above-referenced matter. This matter is currently scheduled for a hearing on Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction on April 1, 2011. Enclosed is correspondence we received from Defendants' counsel agreeing to the relief sought in the Motion. Accordingly, the Marathon County Public Library is rescinding the cancellation of the room reservation for April 3, 2011, from 1 to 3 p.m., and Plaintiffs will now be allowed to show the movie BloodMoney at the Marathon County Public Library. Accordingly, the hearing scheduled for tomorrow may be taken off the Court's calendar. I will notify Defendants' counsel once the hearing date has been cancelled. Thank you.
