Plaintiff files this Docketing Statement pursuant to the Seventh Circuit Rule
3(c).

Basis for District Court Jurisdiction
The District Court has federal question jurisdiction over this action pursuant
to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 & 1343(a)(3) because Plaintiff has challenged an adverse
employment action on the basis of his race pursuant to a federal question found in
42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5 and Section 102 of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. §
1981a.

Basis for Appellate Court Jurisdiction
The Seventh Circuit has jurisdiction over this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §
1291. This is an appeal from a final order of the District Court disposing of all the
claims in the action. The District Court issued an opinion and order on May 9, 2014,
disposing of all of the claims in this action. This appeal is timely because it is filed
on June 6, 2014, which is within 30 days of the May 9, 2014 final judgment.
