APPELLATE JURISDICTION

The district court had subject matter jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. Section 1331 (a)
because it is where the complaint raises a Federal question, whether the defendants'
violated the plaintiffs' rights' under the United States Constitution.

The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals has appellate jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C.
Section 1291 because the dismissal of plaintiffs' complaint is a FINAL judgment.
Judgment was entered on October 2"d and l 51h , 2014, and the plaintiffs' notice of
appeal will be filed in conjunction with this docketing statement.

Defendants' Micheal Reese et. al., are employed at the Dane County Jail.
