This action came for consideration before the court with District Judge
Barbara B. Crabb presiding. The issues have been considered and a decision has been
rendered.
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered in favor of
intervenor defendants Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and United States Fire
Insurance Company declaring that neither Fireman's Fund Insurance Company nor
United States Fire Insurance Company has a duty to defend defendant Kolbe & Kolbe
Millwork Co., Inc. in this case.
