OPINION and JUDGMENT filed : The district court s grant of summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff on her Equal Credit Opportunity Act claim is AFFIRMED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the district court s determination that injunctive relief was not available to Plaintiff and its grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants on Plaintiff s statutory conversion claims are REVERSED, and these matters are REMANDED to the district court for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of this court.
