OPINION and JUDGMENT filed : The district court s grant of summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff on her Equal Credit Opportunity Act claim is AFFIRMED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the district court s determination that injunctive relief was not available to Plaintiff and its grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants on Plaintiff s statutory conversion claims are REVERSED, and these matters are REMANDED to the district court for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of this court. FURTHER ORDERED that the district court’s determination that injunctive relief was not available to
Plaintiff and its grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants on Plaintiff’s statutory conversion
claims are REVERSED, and these matters are REMANDED to the district court for further proceedings
consistent with the opinion of this court.
