NO. 17-35105 UNOPPOSED MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE CORRECTED AMICI BRIEF AND CORRECTED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AMICI BRIEF ON BEHALF OF LAW PROFESSORS AND CLINICIANS Amici Law Professors and Clinicians, through undersigned counsel, hereby move the Court for leave to file a corrected amici brief and corrected motion for leave to file that brief. On the night of February 5, 2017, amici filed a motion for leave to file an amici brief, along with the proposed brief. The brief included signons from over 200 law professors and clinicians. On the morning of February 6, 2017, amici noticed minor errors and omissions in the list of sign-ons. See Exhibit 1 (Declaration of Counsel). Counsel has corrected those errors and is filing a substitute motion for leave to file and substitute amici brief for the Court consider.
