DEFENDANTS ORDER Federal courts must screen prisoner complaints seeking relief against a government entity, officer, or employee and dismiss any portion of a complaint that raises claims that: (a) are legally frivolous or malicious; (b) fail to state a claim upon which relief may be granted; or (c) seek monetary relief from a defendant who is immune from such relief. 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. The Court has screened Mr. Alexander/Ryahim’s complaint. He has stated a retaliation claim against Defendants Hobbs, Straughn, Campbell, Brownlee, Manus, Woods, and King. Accordingly, service is now proper for those Defendants. The Clerk of Court is directed to prepare a summons for Defendants Hobbs, Straughn, Campbell, Brownlee, Manus, Woods, and King; the United States Marshal is directed to serve copies of the Complaint with any attachments (docket entry #1), and a summons for each Defendant through the Compliance Division of the Arkansas Department of Correction, P.O. Box 20550, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71612 , without prepayment of fees and costs or posting security.
