S . c . § 504(c) based on D e f e n d a n t s ' i n f r i n g e m e n t s - a f t e r the d a t e s o f c o p y r i g h t r e g i s t r a t i o n - o f c e r t a i n c o p y r i g h t e d w o r k s u s e d to c r e a t e S A P T N ' s " l o c a l c u s t o m e r e n v i r o n m e n t s " a n d t h e s u b s e q u e n t i n d i v i d u a l further c o p y i n g a n d use o f e a c h such environment. 167.
