This matter came before the Court on the Administrative Motion To File Under Seal filed by Defendant Facebook, Inc. ("Facebook"), pursuant to Civil Local Rule 79-5(b) and (c) and General Order 62. Petitioner seeks to file under seal portions of the Declaration of Krista Holt in Support of Facebook's Motion for Summary Judgment re Breach of Contract Counterclaim and the entirety of Exhibits B, C, and D attached thereto. Having considered the papers filed in support of and in opposition to the motion, and other matters relevant to the determination of this motion, the Court HEREBY ORDERS that the motion is GRANTED, as follows: (1) The following portions of the Declaration of Krista Holt in Support of Facebook's
