Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26, Civil L.R. 7-11 and 79-5(d), as well as this

2 Court’s Order dated July 2, 2008 Setting Conditions with Respect to Access to
3 Materials Previously Filed in this Case (Dkt. No. 473), Quinn Emanuel Urquhart &
4 Sullivan, LLP (“Quinn Emanuel”) respectfully submits this administrative motion
5 asking the Court to file under seal Quinn Emanuel’s Miscellaneous Administrative
6 Request for an Order Disbursing Settlement Proceeds From Escrow in Accordance
7 With Judgment and Attorney’s Lien dated October 26, 2011 (“Quinn Emanuel’s
8 Administrative Request”).

Quinn Emanuel’s Administrative Request contains detailed discussions of

10 materials that have been previously filed under seal in both this Court and New
11 York State Court. The Administrative Request also discusses sealed materials
12 discussed in Cameron Winknlevoss, Tyler Winklevoss, and Divya Narendra’s
13 Administrative Request to Pay Lienholders and Complete the Exchange of
14 Consideration dated October 24, 2011 (Dkt. 769). Accordingly, good cause and
15 compelling reasons exist to file the designated administrative request under seal.
