The matter before the Court is Quinn Emanuel’s Administrative Motion to

2 File Under Seal Quinn Emanuel’s Miscellaneous Administrative Request for an
3 Order Disbursing Settlement Proceeds From Escrow in Accordance With Judgment
4 and Attorney’s Lien dated October 26, 2011. The Court has considered Quinn
5 Emanuel’s Administrative Motion to File Under Seal. The Court also has
6 considered the requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P. 26, Local Civil Rule 7-11 and 797 5(b). In light of such review and consideration of the applicable legal standards, in
8 light of the nature of the information sought to be filed under seal, and in light of
9 this Court’s consideration of the arguments set forth in Quinn Emanuel’s
10 Administrative Motion to File Under Seal, the Court finds good cause and
11 compelling reasons to permit the filing under seal of Quinn Emanuel’s
12 Miscellaneous Administrative Request for an Order Disbursing Settlement Proceeds
13 From Escrow in Accordance With Judgment and Attorney’s Lien dated October 26,
14 2011.

Accordingly, the Court hereby GRANTS Quinn Emanuel’s Administrative

16 Motion to File Under Seal Quinn Emanuel’s Miscellaneous Administrative Request
17 for an Order Disbursing Settlement Proceeds From Escrow in Accordance With
18 Judgment and Attorney’s Lien dated October 26, 2011.
