tool and production of videos. Regarding
Apple's
tool, please confirm that the tool will be made available for our inspection on Wednesday,
May 25 at 9:30 AM for the iPhone, iPad, and MacBook products.
Regarding production of videos, please confirm by close of business on Wednesday, May 25 that Apple will produce
relevant videos from Apple.com and from the database of marketing videos that you identified in your e-mail on May 4,
2011. Please also confirm that Apple will produce video of Steve Jobs introducing the iPhone in 2007.
