THIS MATTER is before the Court upon Defendant Fusion Garage PTE Ltd.’s Motion to

18 Compel Production of Documents from Plaintiffs TechCrunch, Inc., and CrunchPad, Inc. For the
19 reasons set forth in the Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Support of the Motion to
20 Compel Production of Documents, the Reply, and for other good cause appearing, it is hereby,

ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion to Compel Production of Documents is GRANTED.

22 Plaintiffs are ORDERED to produce documents responsive to Fusion Garage’s Request for
23 Production Nos. 93, 94, 97, 98, 99 100, 102, and 103 within seven (7) days of this Order.
