order, been improperly withheld in violation of the Court’s December 22 Order were those of the

15 inventor on the ‘828 patent; John Elias, named inventor on the ‘828 patent; Andrew Platzer,

Chaudhri, named inventor on the ‘891, ‘163, D’305, D’334, and D’790 patents; Stephen Lemay,
