Android Handset Software Tester
Responsibilities:
Executing test cases, black box testing and manual handset tests focusing on user
requirements
Supports the internal testing team by analyzing issues found by the operators
Responsible for test plan and test case development
Work closely with the R&D team to develop and analyze the logs to resolve issues
Support the R&D team with any additional testing to meet project milestones
Communicate with different operators and cross-functional teams to assist in
troubleshooting

Exemption Type
Job Requirements Required:

2+ years of software testing experience
Development of test plans and test cases
Experience with scripting languages
Desired:
Familiarity with Android handset OS
Knowledge of creating Automated Tests
Experience with handset software testing
Handset protocol testing process, such as 3GPP, 3GPP2
Experience with Qualcomm tools, such as QXDM, QCAT, etc., and specifications
Bachelors degree ( CS, EE, Telecom, or related) preferred
