I am a member of the Atheist Nexus and the Brights Movement. 3. I consider myself an atheist, a freethinker, a rationalist, a naturalist, a humanist and a bright. 4. I watched the 2009 inauguration of Barack Obama live on television at my home. 5. As I watched this inauguration, I felt greatly disturbed that Barack Obama swore in to office using a Bible and had to say, "So help me God." This was flamboyantly unconstitutional. America is not a theocracy. As a result of the religious intrusion in the inauguration, I suffered from anxiety. I felt excluded as a US citizen. I am troubled that our government thinks it is above the Constitution, endorsing Christianity and belief in God. 6. Being 25 years old, I expect to witness at least 10 future inaugurations in my lifetime. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
