EXHIBIT B From: To: Cc: Date: Subject: David: Your speculation is unfounded and another emergency motion is unnecessary. Mr. Belbacha's transfer is not imminent. Briefing on Belbacha's pending stay motion was completed last week and, as we previously represented, that motion can be adjudicated on a normal preliminary injunction schedule. We will continue to oppose any motions to enjoin Belbacha's transfer or stay Jude Hogan's order vacating the prior injunction. If you file another motion, please include this e-mail so Judge Hogan is aware of our position.
