JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR DEFENDANTS TO RESPOND TO
THE COMPLAINT AND FOR ENTRY OF BRIEFING SCHEDULE
The parties in this action have reached an agreement on a proposed schedule for
Defendants’ response to the Complaint and any subsequent briefing, and respectfully request that
the Court enter an order adopting this proposed schedule:
•

Defendants will respond to the Complaint on or before September 18, 2017.

•

If Defendants move to dismiss the Complaint, Plaintiffs will file their response to
such motion(s) on or before October 27, 2017, and Defendants will reply on or before
November 10, 2017.

Plaintiffs reserve the right to amend the Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
15(a)(1)(B), in which case the parties will attempt to reach an agreement on a revised schedule.
