[PROPOSED] ORDER
The Court hereby GRANTS the parties’ Joint Motion for Extension of Time for
Defendants’ to Respond to the Complaint and for Entry of Briefing Schedule. It is hereby
ordered that:
Defendants shall respond to the Complaint on or before September 18, 2017.
If Defendants move to dismiss the Complaint, Plaintiffs shall file their response to such
motion(s) on or before October 27, 2017, and Defendants shall reply on or before November 10,
2017.
If Plaintiffs amend the Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
15(a)(1)(B), the parties shall attempt to reach an agreement on a revised schedule and shall
submit a joint status report to the Court on or before the date that is seven days after the filing of
the amended complaint.
