Court having considered the application, and otherwise being duly advised herein, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Motorola’s Motion for Leave to File Document
Under Seal is hereby GRANTED. The documents referred to as “Exhibit A,” to Motorola's
Motion [D.E. __ ] shall be treated as confidential and kept under seal through the final
resolution of this case.
