THIS CAUSE came to be heard upon Plaintiff and Counterclaim Defendant Motorola
Mobility Inc.’s (“Motorola”) Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to respond to
Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff Apple Inc.’s (“Apple”) Motion to Amend the Procedural
Schedule. The Court, having reviewed the record in this action, being informed of the agreement
of the parties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. That Motorola’s Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to respond to Apple’s
Motion to Amend the Procedural Schedule is GRANTED.
