REMARKS
Claims 20-24 were rejected by Examiner under 35 U.s.c. § 102 (e) as being
anticipated by Krenz et al. Claims 25 and 26 were rejected by Examiner under 35
U.S.c. § 103 as being unpatentable over Krenz et al in view of Stantoset al. Claims
7-12 are rejected under 35 U.s.c. § 103 as being unpatentable over Krenz et al in view
of Metroka et aJ. Claims 13 and 14 are. rejected under 35 U.S.c. § 103 as being
unpatentable over Krenz et al in view of Metroka et al as applied to claim 12 above,
and further in view of Stanton et al.
The Applicant has amended claims 7, 10, 20 and 22 to overcome the
Examiner's rejection. Claims 7 and 20 claim "a main housing including a front
housing coupled to a back housing." Krenz teaches a housing including a main body
101 and a hinge element 102. Therefore, the claimed main housing is analogous to
the main body 101 ofKrenz and does not include the hinge element 102 of Krenz.
Accordingly, the Applicant submits that the present invention is allowable
over the prior art and reconsideration of allowance is hereby respectfully requested.
