Microsoft incorporates, as though fully set forth herein, its previous objections and
responses to Motorola’s Interrogatory No. 15. Subject to the foregoing, Microsoft supplements
its response as follows: Microsoft incorporates by reference Defendant/Counter-Claimant
Microsoft Corporation’s Preliminary Infringement Contentions served on April 15, 2011.
Microsoft reserves the right to amend its response to this Interrogatory at the appropriate time in
