this Court enter an order extending the parties' time to file opposition and reply briefs on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Under Rules 12(b)(1) and 12(c). In support of their motion the parties show as follows: 1. On November 4, 2010, Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss Under Rules 12(b)(1) and 12(c). Dkt. No. 239. Pursuant to this Court's Local Rules, Plaintiffs' opposition brief is currently due on November 22, 2010 and Defendants' reply brief is due on December 9, 2010. 2. Because of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and because two of Plaintiffs' counsel are currently on trial in another matter, the parties agree and consent to a two-week extension for Plaintiffs' to respond to Defendants' motion. The proposed extension would be until December 6, 2010. To account for the December holidays and to afford Defendants an equal extension, the parties also agree and consent that Defendants' reply brief should be due on January 6, 2011. The parties therefore respectfully request that this Court grant the requested extensions. For the Court's convenience, a proposed order is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
