ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND OTHER COSTS
Pursuant to this Court’s April 7, 2017 Judgment (Dkt. No. 52), 17 U.S.C.
§ 505, Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d)(2), and Local Rule 54.2, Plaintiff and CounterclaimDefendant the Code Revision Commission, on behalf of and for the benefit of the
General Assembly of Georgia, and the State of Georgia hereby moves for an award
of its reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs in the amount of $250,000.00,
which is a fair estimate of such attorneys’ fees and other costs to date. Plaintiff’s
motion is timely filed within fourteen (14) days of this Court’s
Judgment (Dkt. No. 52) as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d)(2)(B)(i).
