Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File Third Amended
Complaint (the “Motion”), the files and records herein, and good cause appearing
therefor;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs State
of Hawaii, Ismail Elshikh, John Does 1 & 2, and the Muslim Association of

Hawaii, Inc. shall file their Third Amended Complaint in the form attached to
Plaintiffs’ Motion no later than October 11, 2017.
