He called in on Dowling's linel. Joe Nocera NYT 212-556-8940413-575-7378 Sent you an email. Wants to be clear you are not going to answer the question on how you're going to replace the battery. It's baffling to him that this is not a question you would want to answer in the interest of consumers. He's just trying one last time just to make sure that he's right that it's not a question you want to answer. And even if you don't want 0 answer he's hoping you'll at least call and say you're not going to answer the question.
