In support of this Motion, the parties state as follows: 1. The purpose of this Motion is to limit the disclosure and use of trade secret or other confidential research, development, or commercial information in documents, electronic files, drawings, written discovery responses, and deposition testimony the parties have sought or will be seeking in this action. 2. It is anticipated that the parties will produce documents, or portions thereof, and any other form of evidence or discovery contemplated under Federal Rules of Civil Dockets.Justia.com Procedure 26 through 37, that contain "trade secret or other confidential research, development, or commercial information" as defined in Rule 26(c)(1)(G). 3. 4. A copy of the proposed Stipulated Protective Order is tendered herewith. Counsel for both sides have worked together in crafting the Stipulated Protective Order and are in agreement with the proposed order. WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs and Defendants respectfully move the Court to grant this Motion, to enter a protective order in a form substantially the same as the one tendered with this Motion, and to grant all other just and proper relief.
